Fuel cell on Sauter's truck confiscated by NASCAR (The Associated Press)

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) -- Inspectors confiscated the fuel cell from Truck Series points leader Johnny Sauter this weekend at Kansas Speedway and will review it the first part of next week.
