Petty: Someone undoubtedly snitched on Penske (The Associated Press)

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) -- Richard Petty believes that someone must have told NASCAR about the unapproved parts that Penske Racing brought to Texas Motor Speedway for last weekend's race.
